Japan - Kirei & Kawai
For our trip to Japan (Oct/Nov ’07), we wanted to visit some "non-mainstream" destinations. It being autumn, we decided on the less-popular Tohoku region, taking in the koyou, ramen & soba that some of the destinations were renowned for. This turned out to be a great decision, as the scenery, food, people and events we encountered along the way were simply wonderful.
